Isidian's product registration process helps our customers start making use of our products immediately after purchase. In order to register a product license, the evaluation edition of the product must first be downloaded and installed on your machine. After using the evaluation edition of the product, there is nothing to send via mail, no additional downloads, and no new installations.
After you have purchased a product, online or direct through a sales representative, we will send you a purchase confirmation email containing two important pieces of information: the Order Number and Organization Name.
The order number is an internal number used to validate your company with our registration process, and the organization name is the same as you supply during product purchase.
With the evaluation edition of the product installed, you will find the product's License Number within the Registration window from the Help Menu of the application.
With these three pieces of information, the Order Number, Organization Name, and License Number, you can complete the product registration form (additional details/instructions may be available on registration form). When submitted, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Registration Number for the product.
Once you've obtained the product's Registration Number, enter this number into the product's Registration window directly below the license number and press the button labeled "Register". If all information is correct, the product will be successfully registered.
