To transfer your license from one seat to another, you must complete the license transfer form provided.
In order to unlock SQL Insight, you must first download and install the trial version on the new machine to obtain a new License Number.
If you already have the trial version of SQL Insight installed, please go to SQL Insight's Registration window from the Help Menu to retrieve the license number required for this form.
If your trial version has expired, SQL Insight will display an Evaluation warning window when the application starts. From this window, press the Register button to locate the license number.
The Organization and Order Number must match the information sent to you on the confirmation of your purchase, including case sensitivity.
For the Previous License Number, you must enter the license number of the previously registered copy that will be deactivated.
Enter the license number for the unregistered copy of SQL Insight in New License Number.
